Stony Brook
Nice run along the brook today, which had chunks of ice throughout. Temperature shot up to 40 and actually felt warm after the past few days down in the 20s. Coming back saw some guys playing hockey out on Pine Grove Lake. Brave souls as there's no telling how thick that ice is.

Pretty inspiring runner. I think the west is the best in terms of trail races and ultras. They really luck out, plus they have real mountains. Anyway, tomorrow I start the Master Cleanse. To detoxify and re-orient my diet toward more raw foods. We'll see how this goes. I experimented the other day with the lemon/maple/pepper elixir and found it filling. Still have to get my hands on an actual MC book. Am tearing through as much info as possible online.

We'll see how this all goes. Methinks Dirt Diva a superior mortal, so I don't believe I can use her as an example.
